Who We Are
Alard Equipment Company serves the industrial food processing and packaging industry, world-wide. For 69 years we have been specifically focused on serving vegetable and fruit processors, but our also frequently inventory and provide food equipment to related industries including meat packing, dairy, beverage, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical businesses.

What We Do
We buy, inventory, refurbish, and configure used and new industrial food process and packaging machinery. We maintain a large inventory of ready-to-go equipment at our Williamson, NY workshop and warehouse facility. We handle cutting machines (e.g. Urschel) hammermills and grinders for slicing, dicing, shredding, and all manner of particle size reduction; peeling machines, washers, metal detectors, cooking equipment including kettles, blanchers, and fryers; freezers, paddle mixers and ribbon blenders, conveyors, destoning and grading equipment, liquid-solids separation and water recovery equipment, fillers, baggers, labelers, cappers, can seamers, palletizers-depalletizers, food grade pumps, and much more.
