Borsari Food Co. creates artisanal seasoning blends made in small batches in Jamestown, New York. The blends follow a 300-year-old Northern Italian approach that focuses on clean ingredients, balanced salt levels, and herbs that enhance rather than overpower food. We use high-quality ingredients with no fillers, and each batch is tested before it leaves our SQF-certified facility. We’re in the organic certification process now and updating our sourcing and production to meet organic standards. This aligns with the growing demand for certified organic, transparent, and sustainable products in the natural food category.
