Shelf-Made: Getting your products ready for distribution & on the shelves of a grocery store

Maureen Ballatori, CEO of 29 Design Studio, and Frank Cavallaro, COO of Ithaca Hummus, review what it takes to get your product ready for a wider audience: working with a distributor, wholesaling, or pitching to get it ready for the grocery store. This workshop will outline branding, shelf life, supply chain, and pitching your product.

This workshop is great for anyone who currently owns or wishes¬†to own a food business. The cost to attend is $10 for non-members and FREE for The Commissary’s members. Use Promo Code from e-mail at checkout. This workshop will be recorded for those that cannot make it in-person.

Masks are required regardless of vaccination status. Light refreshments will be provided by Commissary members and Ithaca Hummus!

Join us in the Performance Kitchen for this workshop — enter at 250 East Main Street and walk through the Merc on Main. Street parking is free after 6 PM!
